BUYING FROM MY ONLINE SHOP - FAQ'S

Do you post internationally?

Yes. Please choose the international postage option at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

For collection items under £100 purchased through my online store (UK only) - £3.00 (signed for recorded delivery)

For collection items over £100 purchased through my online store (UK only) - £7.00 (signed for insured special delivery)

For collection items purchased through my online store to Ireland or International - £10.00 (signed for international delivery)

How long will delivery of my order take?

My aim is to send you your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most items in my online store are available for despatch within 3 - 5 working days, however please remember all of my items are handmade, by me, and your chosen item may have to be made especially for you, therefore, on occasion delivery may take longer. Overseas delivery may also take longer to reach you. I will advise as soon as possible after an order is received if delivery is likely to be delayed.

If an order is urgent, please let me know in advance and I will try my best to accommodate this.

The item I would like to buy is not featured in your online shop. How can I order this item?

JEWELLERY - You can of course place an order by email for any jewellery collection item featured on my site, or that you may have seen at a show that is not yet featured.

Some bespoke items may be exclusive and are therefore not available to order, though a variation may be available. Please contact me directly to discuss bespoke orders.

SILVERWARE - some silverware items featured on my website were limited editions and are no longer available to order.

Most of my silverware is made to commission only and not held as stock, and is therefore non refundable.

Delivery times for silverware commissions vary from item to item but tend to be from 6 weeks to 12 weeks. If an item is required sooner I will do my upmost to accommodate this request and will advise on delivery times before undertaking a commission.

Where are your products made?

All Heather O’Connor silverware and jewellery is handmade in my London studio.

Do you undertake commissions?

Yes, I am very happy to undertake commissions :) If you have an idea for a piece you would like to have made or would like an adapted version of an item featured in my portfolio please contact me to discuss options.

Do you undertake repair work?

No. I do not do repair work unless it is an item I have made myself.

Is your studios open to the public? Can I visit you at your studio?

Studio visits are strictly by appointment only. Please contact me to arrange a date and time. We do have annual open studio events so if you are interested in being added to my mailing list to be informed of such events please get in touch.
