PACKAGING
All items come in a branded presentation jewellery box inside a postal delivery box or padded envelope.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery is estimated as between 3 - 7 working days for all jewellery items held in stock.
Some items are made only once an order has been placed, so may take slightly longer, especially if gold plating is required.
Please check the delivery time estimates given on each individual item for further details.
DELIVERY COSTS
I offer FREE insured UK delivery on all orders over £120. ( You can also get a 10% discount on your full price order by joining my mailing list )
UK delivery on items under £120 : £7.00 (this is for royal mail insured special delivery)
SENDING OF GIFTS
If you are sending an item as a gift you can add a personalised message at checkout and I will add a hand written gift card to your delivery.
GIFT VOUCHERS
You can purchase an eGift voucher for immediately delivery here. If you would like a gift voucher card posted this will be done by regular 1st Class post and is free of charge and should take around 3-5 business days. You can add your personalised message at checkout.
